At Neogen Hair & Skin Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality medical and aesthetic services. Due to the nature of healthcare treatments, refunds are governed by the terms outlined below.

Consultation Fees

• Consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
• Rescheduling may be allowed with prior notice.
• Missed appointments without notice may not be refunded.

Treatment Payments

Payments made for medical procedures or treatment packages are generally non-refundable once the treatment has started. Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed individually by the clinic management.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with prior notice.
• Late cancellations may attract applicable charges.
• The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in unavoidable circumstances.

Package Refunds

Refunds for prepaid treatment packages, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the value of services already availed along with any applicable administrative charges.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
